It’s been a while.
I did submit my first grant but unsuccessfully. I can take that on board for future.
I did write a lightweight scraper for the Internet Archive to do some digging around after getting some files for a sonification project.
I also updated some Scopus and Crossref scripts to query for a new project on the relationship between computer science and sound. I hope to be able to dig into the data shortly and re-run some thesis scripts on topic modelling and networks to develop them.
I am also having a long overdue start on a project to explore an Arduino BLE Sense and its microphone. I need to get a new SD card and some soldering maybe required. Since it is not a pure software project, it push some boundaries for me.
